I think it's a really beautiful record lyrically and instrumentally... it has some really nice guitar, bass, and drum moments, which leans more toward the genre of music that I generally listen to. however, there are also some more surprising moments in this record - some lovely piano and an entire strings section in some songs. it's so diverse from start to finish, and I never get tired of listening to it... even though I discovered it over a decade ago. I think it's really stood the test of time in my life."
cleo on her memories associated with wonderland
"when I first heard it as young kid, I was more intrigued by the instrumentation in the album - the heavier guitar and the really nice bass lines and even the piano/strings section... I had not really heard that kind of grouping of all of those different types of sounds in one album before wonderland. now when I listen to it, though, I pay a lot of attention to the lyrics... there are some really beautiful moments on this record that have to do with happiness, sadness, loneliness, dealing with change, and even really going through it with respect to the lyrics.
